Tim Hortons

This was by far the most infuriating experience I’ve had at a Tim Hortons in a long time. I ordered two plain bagels with plain cream cheese and bacon, a grilled cheese with real cheddar, two hashbrowns, and a vanilla iced latte. I was told hashbrowns would be a 7-minute wait, so I had to substitute a Biscoff croissant instead.nAt the window I was told to pull ahead and wait for my food. After waiting over 10 minutes, long enough that I could have just gotten the hashbrowns and watching many cars come and go, they finally brought my order out. Not only were both bagels missing the bacon, but I also never received the croissant I was told would replace the hashbrowns. The grilled cheese was the only correct item.nI went inside to have it fixed and was told I’d get “double bacon,” but they put only two pieces on each bagel. Overall, this was extremely poorly handled from start to finish.

Fast service, clean area, and fun atmosphere all around. One of my favorite spots to chill and enjoy hot or cold beverage.

Came through the drive through today and got a 10 pack of timbits came home gave my 18month old a timbit and in the middle of it was some kind of meat product the size of my thumb.....didnt think I had to start ripping open donuts to make sure they are safe to eat.

Food always late, When ordering online expect to wait 10 minutes just to remind them you ordered online and have them sigh and make it in that moment. Place is always crowded and the exit door smelled like urine for the whole week. Lots of space but lack of outlets in most spots.

There drive thru blocks traffic every morning. Should have to apply for a lane closure and have traffic control like every other business is suppose too. People will just sit in the lane with an indicator on like it’s ok
