Starbucks

The riverside starbucks is my favourite. Most of the staff know me by name and always write sweet messages on my cup that brighten my day. They’re so friendly and accommodating.

They need to train their new workers better, i get that they are new but needing to remake a drink 3 times and taking 20 minutes while there is a line of people. Our drink was still good though.

Really friendly staff, no line inside. Might be a longer line in the drive-thru outside, but I can't understand the complaints.nAll of the staff was helpful, repeat the order to make sure it is correct and before preparing making sure the preparing process is made to our needs like prepare a iced matcha latte without ice but use ice during the preparation process.nSeems there are many loyal and happy customers coming back, the staff and customers know each other, so it's a nice and comfy atmosphere and quiet surrounding inside.nEnough tablesnWe can recommend this store

I’ve never in my life experienced a 40 minute wait for two drinks. As much as it sucked for the workers they were not working together. There was 15+ people waiting for over 30 minutes and the drive through was backed up. They should have closed the drive through to catch up on orders. Then proceeded to have someone on bar that didn’t know how to make the Christmas drinks and had to remake them 3 or 4 times and dump the others. It’s not the workers fault but there needs to be better management. And a possible refund to people who waited over 40 minutes.
