Pretty long wait times sometimes, other times none. Free birthday drink when you sign up to their rewards program, and with each purchase and occasional games you can earn stars for other free items.nnSelection of merchandise such as hot and cold reusable cups and tumblers and bags of instant, ground and whole bean coffee.nnAlso things like bottled drinks, bagged and packages snacks, gum and themed, artistic items such as Pride month cups and tumblers.nnThe app offers specials and suggestions. Can order and pay from the app and have your items ready in a few minutes. Star rewards automatically added up.nnPatio with greenspace. It's by quite a busy road.nnThey mopped seven inches from my feet The dirty mop water was splashing on my bare legs and treating me like I was a problem or that they weren't doing anything two hours before closing.nnAlso I tried to order the baked good item and a frappe for 35 stars and even though I searched bakery in the app and added one of the bakery items, it didn't qualify, then the app stopped working so I deleted it and haven't been back.

I'm a regular customer of this location and visit both the drive through and I go in.nThe team here is amazing and friendly and always ensure I get my order promptly and correct. Like most places they might be understaffed sometimes but I can tell they try their hardest regardless. You can tell that the Manager leads this team to success no matter what. Thanks team I love coming here.

By far, the best Starbucks there is. Was greeted and taken care of by Scott. Who was extremely polite and kind.nReading the previous review from Kelly yesterday, I feel she was probably a lot more rude than she wants to admit on her review.nnIt's Starbucks. They get busy. If I have to wait in line to get served by Scott, I will most certainly do so. Thanks, Scott!!! Don't let the Kelly's of the world bring you down!

Very solid location to socialize with people however lack of seating and tables does reduce the amount of spots you can setup and relax. It’s a very nice place once you have a spot and the regular staff and customers are very friendly and welcoming. Had some wonderful conversations with the customers and one of the staff members who was very open about his time working there.

So disappointed. I am a regular customer at Riverside but after yesterday that may change. We arrived at the drive through at 12:40 and did not leave until 1:15 , there was only 2 cars ahead of us, all we ordered was an Americano and a cold brew. I feel 35 minutes waiting in the drive through is unacceptable, you really need to do some serious improvement at that location.
