Starbucks

I came in to the Starbucks immediately entering penticton on a Thursday night after a horrible date ...to the point where I felt truly uncomfortable and unsettled… So I was ecstatic to learn that Starbucks was open, and after briefly talking to the store supervisor, Ryan, he was so genuine and truly empathetic about my troubling experience that he went above and beyond with service. I truly appreciate employees like that, it really really made my night! Ryan, you should be promoted and the kind nature was showing he really has a good soul.

Love this starbucks. It has the fastest friendliest service ever. The baristas make sure to take the time to interact with each guest.

I wish that the Expresso shout would be more bold in taste overall I always preferred Starbuck better than Timmy.

I like the coffee and I'm getting along much better with the baristas have stopped trying to teach me Italian. I use to really hate it when I asked for a large coffee and got correct with Venti.

Great location, great service, great coffees. Seating inside and outdoors on the little patio at the front door. Outdoors can be noisy depending on the amount of traffic through the drive-thru. Located in a small mall, with meat store, bread store, fast food, liquor, fruit and veggie store, and a few others that I can't recall.
