Great clinic… ONCE you find it. Removing one star because it was very hard to find within the plaza. The entrance is around the back of the building and then downstairs. I had a hard time and have been to that plaza numerous times before. The clinic itself was great though. Very quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and the clinic clean, with ample sitting room.
I had a Bone Density imaging at True North Imaging at 751 Victoria Street S, Kitchener, Ontario. The staff were amazing. I had missed an earlier appointment but they were pleasant in rescheduling it. No hassle. The practitioner who took the imaging was amazing. She patiently explained the process and did it so respectfully. I'm grateful for the pleasant experience.
The lab was very busy and instead of having mensit there for hours, I was given the option to come back at a certain time. I left and returned about 10 Minutes before the time I was given. Then I waited another 35 minutes because there were still many people waiting Ahead of me. The staff was Very professional and I feel they handled the patients professionally.
I was feeling anxious about my imaging appointment and the technician was amazing. She made me feel at ease, and was super efficient. She talked me through each step which was very reassuring. My appointment time was 3 pm, and I was called at 307 so pretty much on time.
I was there Nov 29 for a mammogram. It was extremely busy yet the wait wasn't too long. The nurse I had was very kind, gave instructions easy to follow and was especially caring in her attitude. Also it was my first time on the new machine and it was MUCH less painful, not the ordeal I was dreading.
