I visited Service Ontario on April 19th to register my car, renew my health card, and change my address, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Francesca. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and effortless. Francesca was not only knowledgeable and efficient in handling my requests but also exceptionally kind and patient throughout. Her positive attitude and professionalism significantly enhanced my experience. I truly appreciate her assistance and commend her excellent customer service skills. Staff were friendly and the service was fast and efficient. When I visited, the line moved quickly, but that is likely dependent on the services that everyone in front of you is looking for, and how prepared they were.nnA bit of advice: read up online ahead of time so you know what documents you need. This will make your experience and those behind you all that much better and faster.nnAlso note that not all locations provide all services, so make sure you check that as well.
The lady at the front was so lovely, polite and respectful. She went above and beyond and even understood my emotions. She made the entire staff deserve much more respect and I'll definitely recommend coming here for any service related to Service Ontario.
