Horrific experience. Had to return to have physical exam paperwork corrected not a big deal, but instead of telling me that doctor was not in, I was made to wait nearly 2hrs. These types of incidents at this clinic are normal from what I gather on these reviews. My experience was beyond normal.nnAfter confirming that my doctor was not in, I decided to instead ask for a refund, so I could redo the documents another time or at another clinic. I then waited some more, and then had a terrible experience when the owner what I was told by clinic reception of the walk-in clinic showed up, got nasty, aggressive, and came around the counter trying to physically intimidate me, escalating the situation beyond reason, and then proceeded to take my medical document and rip it up, only inches from my face. This appeared to be an attempt to instigate a retaliation from me. Despicable experience.nnI decided to de-escalate the situation and exit the clinic outside, and proceeded to call the police, where a report was filed. The police confirmed that they would give me back the refund, but it never happened. I ended up going through my credit card to dispute the charge. This owner also tried intimidating me by saying that if I complained publicly he would attempt legal action. Horrific treatment of a client/patient. Their cameras will show it all. I had nothing to hide, and they should take no pride in what they did, nor trying to lie about me. I left the clinic. I reported it to the police. I had email confirmation that they would refund me.nTruly terrible, and totally unacceptable. I don't recommend anyone else go through what I did.
This clinic is supposed to be open till 8:00 p.m.nWe went there last Friday around 7:00 p.m. There is no one in waiting room. Was told by staff that they were closing and the Dr. was not seeing anyone else. My husband got upset. Said it is only 7:00 p.m. and there was no one in waiting room. The Dr. overhears him and steps into reception area. Asks him what his problem is. Husband told him he has eye infection. Dr. said as that was an easy problem so he would see him.nToday husband goes to same clinic at 5:20 p.m. as he now has sore throat & a cough. Three people in waiting area. Staff told him they were at capacity and therefore they were closed. Husband said to staff that it is only 5:20 and they are open till 8:00. Was told by staff didn’t matter as the Dr. would not see him.nHusband now has to wait till 9:00 p.m. to go to a clinic and it will not be this one!nnIs this clinic in Walmart on Ira Needles privately owned that they can shut down whenever they want?nnIf not, then who do people speak to voice their concerns?
Dr.Chattaroo was amazing! He took my little one in quickly, listened and advised what was going on with him and wanted us to get medicine into him immediately so he could decide whether he was going to monitor him or call an ambulance. He took his time answered questions and even kept us in a room while coming in between patients to continue to monitor him. Above and beyond care.
Fantastic doctor, but incompetent staff. Waited in a near-empty office for an hour. Then the staff put me in the wrong exam room for another hour, all the while new patients that came after me were being seen by the doctor in the other rooms. Staff finally noticed and moved me into the correct room.
Doctor ZEESHAN is a really good doctor, he listen and gives you answers to your questions and the right medications, but the nurses and stuff are the worse, they had me waiting for more than 3 hours, they don’t keep track on patients and they let patients that come after you to go in before you. And I noticed they did it to a couple patients that were complaining about it.
