A small park between Commercial and Victoria. The playground is filled with toys generously gifted by their previous owners. On the side bordering Victoria, however, there are usually some suspicious looking characters gathering. So I would probably not recommend leaving your children unattended.

Great playground. Nice open grassy area. Good picnic spot off of commercial drive.

Needs a bit more shade trees but playground nice. Seems to be a hang out for vagrants at the lawn bowls area though
