Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Especially, Nikko of reception, Jessie of valet & Carys at the bar! THANK YOU!nnThe hotel is impeccably maintained, the rooms are spotless and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Victoria’s Inner Harbour. I stayed in a 4-person room at this hotel for 2 nights, and I can say it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.nnThe room was spacious with some shelves that allowed us to put all of our belongings. All the facilities in the room were also clean and easy to use.nnFor amenities, the lounge on the ground floor offered some drinks and provided us with a quiet place. Breakfast was also provided, but it didn’t taste good. The swimming pool was small and didn't have enough chairs for the guests. But overall, everything was good.nnThe hotel staff were so helpful. They were able to solve my problems in a secondnnThere was construction near the hotel, so it became a little bit difficult to drive there.
Had a business trip here and got a great room on the corner of 16th floor. The bed was really comfy, and had a great view of the Parliament building.nnThe M lounge was a great feature to have. I would definitely make an effort to stay here again for my future trips.
Great location, rooms were big and comfortable. Rooms were quiet, we stayed close to the elevator but we really did not hear others.nnLounge was also amazing, love 24h access and Starbucks coffee.nnLocation cannot be better, it is not on Main Street but easy access to everything. Would love to stay again!
We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and well maintained, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep.nnThe only issue we experienced was that the water from the sink had a fishy odor during the first three days of our stay. The smell disappeared after that and did not return.nnOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.
