The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The people at the desk were pleasant. They held our luggage for us prior to check in & after check out. The only problem we had is that the hotel name misrepresents where the hotel actually is. We booked this hotel thinking it overlooked the harbor. But, it is actually about 2 blocks from the harbor & you cannot see the harbor from your room window. Another plus for this hotel was it was just a block from the bus terminal where you get the bus to the ferry.
Had a great stay at the Marriott Inner Harbour. I felt it was reasonably priced for a comfy, clean, and centrally located hotel. The staff were incredible - everyone we interacted with was so friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean and comfy, and had all the essentials we needed. Parking was easy and convenient. The hotel location was good, nice and central to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. There was some construction ongoing while we were there Mar 2025 - while it didn't bother us, it's worth knowing if you're a light sleeper who wants to nap during the afternoon or sleep in on mornings, as we could hear it, especially during the afternoon.
Very lovely hotel right in the thick of downtown Victoria. Lots to see and do in the local neighborhood. Restaurant is good and the hotel is well staffed with very patient and attentive. Some days there is even a concierge. Pool looked nice and exercise room was just fine. We expect to come again and stay here.
Front desk was kind and nice. We usually stay at 2 or 3 star hotels so it definitely was an upgrade for us and it was an upgrade and right across from my wife's med pointment. so handy for us within a few blocks of legislative bldg and Harbour. Pool rooml and fitness were clean. Paid extra for club privileges which was questionable value but 28 per night unexpected parking fees didn't sit right since room was over 250 w club fees. Room people great.. tack on fees questionable
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott in Victoria, BCnRooms are always beautiful, clean with attention to detailsnThe food in the Hotel restaurant is superbnThe staff are friendly, professional and accommodatingnI’ve stayed at this Hotel many times and it is always consistently top notch
