Rude receptionist, and incompetent employees. I Had my car towed here after being in an accident. I was given some misinformation from one of the mechanics who said my car was branded as irreparable by the insurance claim agent. That information was false, my car was not branded irreparable. They then released my car to the wreckers without my consent or signature with all my belongings in it and my license plates attached. This should never have happened. BY LAW the company is not allowed to release my car without my expressed consent. I had to drive all the way to Woodbridge to get my things back. On top of this, the lady at reception was extremely rude and sounded very annoyed at having to deal with the situation. She insisted this was my fault, or the insurance companies fault, anyone's fault but theirs. She was insulting and eventually hung up the phone in my ear. I will be avoiding the garage at all costs moving forward, and I suggest you do the same as the whole team seems incompetent.
