The restaurant was a little hard to find inside the mall as the directions are not very clear.  We got there early enough so we didn't have to wait for a table. Soon after we sat down, there was a line up.  The beef brisket noodle was good.  Not too salty and good portion size.  The congee and the rice roll was good too. Just a tad smaller than expected but still decent.  Will definitely come back and try other items on the menu.

As the name suggests, this place has very good congee. The noodles are good, but the portions are too small. The wontons are not very full and could use more stuffing. The fried dace balls are disgusting, but I guess they are a traditional acquired taste. Service was pretty good.Food: 4/5

We came here for lunch. The cuttlefish ball noodles came with crispy fish skin.  The dumpling tasted good.  This is not a big restaurant. It has an open kitchen concept. You can see the hot steam in the kitchen but the soup and cuttlefish were not hot when they were served. A bit disappointed. The fish skin was not crispy enough.

Authentic HK style!  My mom visited yesterday for the first time while she was strolling in the mall & only had good things to share… so much that she had to bring the family to try it out today!  Their congee is cooked for about 3 hours, it has the perfect texture. Even better than Sam’s Congee IMO, I like how they serve it with plenty of green onion Their pork liver is made like no other, even better than HK! The restaurant is facing the street so it has comfortable natural lighting and the seating is comfortable. You can even get their wonton uncooked for takeout, they’re small in size and has really tasty flavour, texture, and thin wonton skin.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It is located inside the King squared around Woodbine and 16th. Underground parking here is very nice and no worry about finding a parking spot. This type of Chinese congee restaurant is popping up everywhere in the Markham/Toronto area in the last 12 months 2021-2022 but many of them is already out of business within a few months. This restaurant is very clean during my visit Lunch time on a weekday and all staffs are well trained and friendly. Food is average and their price is a bit higher in compare to other similar restaurants. Overall experience is good.

This is the best won ton noodle I've ever eaten in my life. Very good is an understatement: it is life changing.  Everything was executed perfectly.  Soup is the right flavour, seasoning, texture, colour.  The noodles are cooked at the correct doneness: past al dente, but not overcooked either.  The won tons are tasty. Shrimp are fresh, springy, and wrapped beautifully.  The fried dace fish balls are also the best I've ever eaten. Just the right hint of cilantro, and I'm guessing dried mandarin orange zest. The dipping sauce  was a funky umami bomb of fermented clams and fish sauce.  The brisket is stewed enough that the tendons are soft enough to break with chopsticks. The meat is well seasoned: star anise is the primary flavour, but not overpowering. The soup is also really good.  I live a 25 min drive away, and I'm willing on a whim drive here just to eat this noodle.

This was a hidden gem inside the King Square Shopping Mall. It was a decent congee & noodle shop. The staff there were very friendly & helpful. Everything was fresh and yummy. The deep fried dace fish ball was really good. The shop was well organized and clean. It was a nice place to enjoy congee and wonton noodles.  Recent Visit: I was proud to bring my relatives from USA to enjoy lunch here. They enjoyed the food very much and most importantly we all felt very relaxed there. The ambience and the service was excellent. It’s definitely a good choice to go for congee & Chinese style snacks.

Service was fairly quick and friendly and food was tasty. Good value for the price. The missing star is due to them forgetting to put in an order and when we asked, they said it's coming but when we asked another server they realized it was never put through.

Nothing to complain about.  Service is quick, no line up.  Store is clean and bright. Menu is not sticky.  Food portion is mostly decent. $5 for veggie where other places are usually $4.  Wonton only no noodles is $10 for 8 pcs. The wonton size is normal, not the super huge one like Jim cha kee. The taste of the wonton is strongly flavour salty, some may find it too salty.  The lo meen noodle without soup has soup on the side. The noodle texture is good.  The cold lemon tea is rather bitter and diluted.  Haven’t tried any of the fried dishes, will try next time.

The noodles here are the chewiest I've had before in a good way! The downside is that the portion sizes are on the smaller size for the price ~$10 per bowl and it can be difficult to find the restaurant, but you can give them a call and they can help guide you towards the right direction.
