Amazing service by a great staff. Tonja is by far the most knowledgeable manager. She is always ready to help. Wether it's solving problems or answering questions. Her staff and her are first class. I can't imagine how lucky Wyoming Wireless is to have a staff of super stars. Best service anywhere.

my phone kept asking me for a SIM unlock code. I was lived right next door to these people. I walked over there to ask them for help and some dark haired lady in there told me that she could not help me that I might as well just throw my phone away and buy a new phone and the phone that I had was a brand new phone I had just bought two weeks prior to that. I held my tongue and walked away I went back later there was a gentleman in there name Tony and he was very helpful he went above and beyond to help me with what I needed he called customer service for Verizon got the code that I needed and got my phone unlocked. If it were not for him I would give these assholes a one-star rating until all my friends never to go there.

Great staff, very helpful , got my old phone working until a new phone arrived, set everything up for me and even made me a new email account. Sweet

Absolutely love this store!!! Greatest Verizon store ever... I came to these ladies wit a huge problem and they jumped through the ring of fire for me!!!! I can't stress how awesome they are!!!

Terrible customer service. Just needed a new phone connected to my account but because they didnt sell it to me and didnt get a commision off us they refused to help. We reported to verizon corp and they said they get calls about this store all the time mostly for selling used phones to people under the table. Ill drive to the next town for help in the future happily.
