The store's general appearance is outdated. Clothing selection is slim. Not my favorite place to shop.

Above and beyond customer service and satisfaction. We were shopping around for washers/dryers. The lady we spoke to was more knowledgeable than anyone at home depot or menards. Even though we came in 10 min to close, she was very helpful and more than willing to stay late to help us with our order and complete the sale. Sure we could have ordered at either of the home stores, but she actually helped us with features and explained the products far better. She talked us out of a more expensive model due to more issues on those items and talked us into the next model down because of better consumer reviews. Thank you for having customer orientated employees.
