The only riddle is how are these clowns still in business?? I made the mistake of trusting them to replace a battery in my Fossil Watch - simple enough, eh? Well, three return trips later - they tightened the back on the watch (left TOO LOOSE when they put the new battery in) and only AFTER it SUFFERED WATER DAMAGE (likely to destroy the watch in time), and BROKE THE CLASP so it now operates like a $5.99 "walmart special".

Thanks guys! Oh, and you SUCK. They made NO effort to "make it good" and showed near ZERO empathy for their GROSS INCOMPETENCE.
