Maybe my expectations are higher but in my experience with Team Wireless the staff there although very nice and kind-hearted and definitely make an effort to help. They do not have the proper knowledge to help customers in this business. The majority of times I have went into the local stores the same response was simply I need to call Verizon corporate for whatever answers I was looking for because the staff couldn't answer the questions or solve any problems. And on top of that I called to see about an upgrade to an S8 from my S7 and I know there was a $30 activation or upgrade fee. Well I called Verizon and they were able to give me the upgrade without that fee only catch was I would have to wait to get the phone by mail so I asked if team Wireless would waive the fee and I was told no. Obviously I went through Verizon which is exactly what I will do from this point on. I can appreciate the effort of the business and the staff but it's not a properly run business and the people are not adequately trained or informed.

I went in and spent about 3-4 hours to get a phone for daughter got the Moro Z2 Force. The lady put 2 screen protectors on it and it wouldn't adhere to screen.
The 3Rd person came over and I said no I'm not happy with that 50 some dollar screen protector it looks like cap and he said well it's already opened so u have to purchase it regardless. Then a day later it fell off waste of money!
Then they are jerking me around for the 200.00 rebate on phone.
Now we have been customers for along time and this morning I talked to verizon customer service line they told me call the store and of course the store told me they r busy will have to call me later .... of course this store has incompetent workers and the lady there that thinks she runs the show is a horrible employee and should not have a job there. Very dissatisfied with verizon and will be looking for a different company to take my business, cause verizon has become not worth my money, and if you are gonna open stores in our area you should at least find competent employees!

I had broken my phone 2 weeks prior to going in, decided to try and make my phone work. Had enough, I went in they were really helpful, answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recomend
