Story

The Toy Shop has been a dream in the making since I can remember. I am beyond excited to share my dream with you. My team and myself have the experience and determination behind us, along with the perseverance and spirit to achieve and maintain successful relationships. Our most important strength is honesty; along with customer service, the products and the price. Determination, hard work and dedication are the factors which will help us all succeed.

My son and I rented two snowmobiles and we had a great experience. The people working with us were happy, professional, and courteous. The snowmobiles were in great condition. We made a big loop to Alvin, Phelps, then back. The trails were great and we stopped at a cool restaurant near Phelps called Dublin's. I recommend doing business with these folks.

The Toy Shop of Eagle River has been the best place in Eagle River to rent your fun recreation toys for 7 years. Good prices, friendly people, and amazing products. this place should be rated 5 stars hands down. They have helped my family with atvs, sleds, pontoons, and jet skis and I would never go anywhere besides The toy Shop of Eagle River. *************I also wanted to point out how the bad reviews on here are all based on the weather and trail conditions. They have control over how the trails are or weather it's raining, if you have time to write a questionable and negative review you should have time to check the weather before renting. Linda Newberry DO NOT expect much for ATVing, 85% of trails are dirt firetruck roads, and asphalt roads, SHARING THEM WITH auto, trucks etc. almost ran into an 18-wheeler, logging, in 1 area. When they gave us the map & showed us all the roads NOT ATV TRAILS, we didn't want to waste our money, & said we didn't want to go, but they couldn't get hold of the owner to give us our $100 deposit back. I base my vacations around ATV rentals WITHOUT tour guides, this was our cup of tea, no tour guides, BUT... When I made the reservations for my husband & I 9 months ago they said by August we will have miles of ATV trails available, these WERE NOT traditional trails, but dirt roads used by other vehicles, not fun when you don't know if you are going to run into a car around the corners. When I talked to the owner the next day, to at least get a $100 credit because it was misrepresentation when we made the reservations, Eric said this was leaps and bounds for them, that back 9 months ago, they had nothing. MY POINT!!!! They had numerous opportunities to tell me. They were quite happy to change the reservation 3 times due to weather, because they didn't have any other reservations!!! So Erics point of, "we had this reserved, couldn't rent it out," didn't pan out, there weren't any other customers wanting to rent ATV's and we certainly didn't see ANY OTHERs out on the roads anywhere!!! He could have done the right thing & given a credit for such a miserable time, but now I will have to dispute it with my credit card company!!! I thought Eric gave me great information and was very friendly and helpful. We will most definitely rent from them for our trip in August.

We rented a jet ski while vacationing at Three Lakes and this company was wonderful to work with. The woman (Debbie?) was super friendly and helpful with the rental and the man who gave us instructions when we picked it up was very good at explaining how to use the machine. I would highly recommend this place for water toys!

Debi and all the staff at the Toy Shop of Eagle River were excellent. We rented a jet ski for a long weekend and it worked great. The staff were very polite and answered all our questions. If you are up north Wisconsin and need to rent an ATV, jet ski or any toy, you need to go to the Toy Shop.
