My mother who lives in St Germain was quoted $500 for a brake job, agreed to the service. She came back to pick up her car and was told the price was $636. She wasn't never informed of the higher before they began the work, and she was told simply that the car was more of a truck than a car. When quoted $500, he knew the make, model, and year of the vehicle. They should have called if the job was going to be higher than originally quoted. FOLLOW UP TO BAD REVIEW. Auto & Tire Clinic contacted my mother, refunded the overcharge and completed the work properly. In this case, I would give them 3 or 4 stars.

Got into an accident a while back, busted my headlight, AC unit, and a bunch of other things, they fixed it quick and cheap, that's the last time I brought it in, in a year, its still going strong, need to bring it in again here soon for new problems accruing, may possibly even take my Nissan here, and that's my baby, that Im oh so protective about.

This is the first place I've run into that confirms the stereotypes about mechanics. They did not listen to what I had to say, and charged me a bunch to do work that has nothing to do with the issue I was experiencing. Later, a mechanic I trust suggested I redo the work this place did.

I had asked them to inspect a car I bought, they said it would take roughly 45 min so I left and came back, only to have them tell me they only briefly looked at it because they were unable to put it on a lift due to my lowered coilover suspension, all they would've had to do is raise the suspension or put a couple of jacks under it first, I was very disappointed. Poor service.
