Miguel greeted me immediately when I walked into the store. He had amazing product knowledge and provided a lot of tips and tricks for my new upgrade. He answered every single one of my questions confidently. His casual conversation made my visit feel like it only lasted a few minutes. I definitely will be going back to this location with any of my future Verizon needs.

My name is Amy Coburn I went into the Mocow Go Wireless because I was unable to wait for Verizon to send me a phone by mail because I needed my clients to be able to reach me if they were in crisis. I am very dissatisfied with this store and their sales people. I was interested in buying a new phone and the young man who helped me told me if I bought a Samsung I would receive two hundred and fifty dollars back through Samsung pay within three days and I could use it anywhere. Three days later I received an email stating it would be 14 days from the email that I would receive the funds in Samsung pay which made the rebate only applicable after the return policy was outdated so you don't get to really know if the high pressure sales tactics pushing "rebates are real until the return policy is outdated . I asked the salesman if the Samsung had as good reception as my IPhone had because that is the most important feature I need in a phone and he said it would be as good if not better than my IPhone and could have memory added so I went for the Samsung. I kept the phone for a week and had terrible service so I took the phone back to trade it in for an IPhone 8 and got the run around and told I would be charged a 75.00 restocking fee. This store is dishonest and I would encourage you to go directly through Verizon not through Go Wireless. Thank you Verizon for helping me navigate this situation.

Cameron was very helpful and went above and beyond to make me feel like my account was important nd worth the time needed to fix the issues. I would recommend this location and Cameron to help anyone!!!!

Tyler from Go Wirelesss is an amazing employee! I was having extreme and frustrating difficulties with my iPhone, and he truely went above and beyond to help me! I am so thankful for him. He put in hours of work to help me, and was always so kind and accommodating. I don't know what I would have done without his help. I had been to other stores, and ev Apple and no one gave me assistance like he did. He is a true asset to the stor and I'm very thankful!
