Bought a Ricardo lobster tool, used it once got very rusted after one cleaning (lol@Ricardo brand btw), got back to them with it; they said they can't refund without me meeting the manager, who is available only during the day on week days. So yes I had to meet the manager for a 15$ ustensil that was obviously defect and probably miss work for it. They ended up calling me and giving me back my money but still managed to lose my customership with that -wrong-answer.

Avoid if you can.

Beautiful place with lots of choice and friendly staff. I love their window displays and the activities that they organize. Definitely a must of Verdun.
