Went there with a friend who needed to buy flowers for his mothers funeral. They treated us with so much care and compassion. It's nice to know they care about what the flowers will be used for and they put that thought into making the arrangement perfect!

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday - this is the exact feedback I received from my mom about the flowers: It looked like the flowers were cut from somebody's garden, the flowers were dusty (with very small stems), and the flowers started to wilt from the third day. The bouquet was large but the quality was low. The only reason why my mom gave me the feedback was so I don't spend my money there again (I spent close to $100). Additionally, I had ordered balloons but they were never delivered, I called to mention the balloon situation and they were "somewhat" apologetic and offered to deliver the balloons later on (after the flowers were delivered), the lady on the phone said "I didn't realize there were balloons in the order, but I noticed there was a lot of money for the bouquet so I just upgraded the bouquet for you". I don't know how upgraded the bouquet was considering the fact that the arrangement was not great. There was also an issue with processing my debit card (they were not able to process debit, only credit).

Verdi Florist went above and beyond in creating a beautiful sympathy arrangement for a dear family yesterday. Thank you! I will definitely be ordering from them again in future.

Verdi Florists stopped their driver in order to add one more delivery before they closed before the long weekend. They were extremely kind and a pleasure to deal with.

I selected Verdi Florist because they had great prices on sympathy flowers & they offered an arrangement with a lovely Angel figurine. The flowers were beautiful ! Thank you!
