Sham's Florist & Gifts

I'm so glad my husband and I chose Sham's to be our florist for our wedding in May. After checking out so many florists in Toronto, Brampton and Mississauga and being shocked by the ridiculously high costs of flowers or the poor quality, we were so happy when we found Sham's based on one of our friends' recommendations. Winston's (the owner) prices are VERY reasonable and he was such a pleasure to work with from the get-go. He was very responsive to all my emails and calls and was really helpful when it came to suggestions and recommendations. All the flowers and arrangements turned out so beautifully and were of great quality. I couldn't be happier!

Used Sham's for our wedding in 2013. He was lovely, very accommodating & helpful & reasonably priced. He really worked with us to get us what we wanted/needed. Highly recommend.

Do not go here!!Terrible experience! The owner of this shop does not care about customer service. I showed an exact picture of what I wanted and was very disappointed after spending hundreds of dollars on something that looked nothing like what I asked for...They use cheap flowers and don't care about what the customer wants or asks for. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled..No apology and not even an email back after I expressed my disappointment. I had used them in the past but that didn't seem to matter...They obviously don't care about my business so I will never use them again!!!
