I ordered a lovely arrangement online from Martin's Flowers yesterday afternoon for Mother's Day. Despite being completely booked for deliveries today due to my late order, Tam made an accomodation and was able to have them delivered afterall! They looked exactly like the picture online, the flowers were fresh and fragrant, the delivery man was charming, and the flowers came safely and professionally packaged. This is my first time ordering from Martin's Flowers, and I will definitely order again, and I love that I can support my local businesses. Thank you for making Mother's Day a beautiful day for my mom-you saved the day!

I recently purchased a sympathy spray arrangement. Unfortunately,  the lettering on the ribbon was crammed and unclear. When reviewing my order via email, I thankfully noticed that there was a spelling error made. I contacted Martin's to advise them. It appears that they may have added the missing letter to the existing ribbon, rather than using a new ribbon. This resulted in unclear and over crowded lettering. Clearly,  attention to detail is suggested.  Needless to say, I will continue to order from Martin's. However, I will ensure that the recipient takes a photo. Therefore,  I am able to see what I have purchased. Best regards.

They let someone else pick up my flowers. That's fine, but they were rude about it. Dunno what I did wrong. Flowers were nice though. But not going back.

I have bought a plant and a bouquet and both of them were beautiful, big and colorful.
Love the front of house customer service, the vibe of the place, how the take good care of everything they do. 
Will definitely go back.
