Last of 4 visits post surgery in July 2017, was similar to recount of another patient, terrible. I had been stupid enough 3 previous visits to put up with 2 hour delays, no interaction of more than 5 minutes, finally concluded this is just terrible service. Well beyond no bedside manner, this guy is running a factory, and has no TIME OR DESIRE to be forthright and thoughtful with patients. This practice and all associated with it, should be ashamed, patient money isn't everything, Shame on you Dr. Veltri, you need to rethink your goals & oath!

Excellent and highly recommended surgeon. While office wait time may be long it's a VERY small price to pay to have the best surgeon around.

My name is Ester Delmonte and today is October 4th, 2017 . My appointment was supposedly at 10:25 a,m. They called me in at 11:15, put me inside a room and said " Dr. Veltri will be with you surely " Well, H he walked in AT 12:15 and spent THREE MINUTES with me (not even apologized or anything ) he touched my wrist and said you are fine. I asked him what if this pain comes back? He gave me a paper and said follow this and strech. Yes, that's ALL I got after waited almost TWO HOURS. # HE WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!!
