Vega Line Moving Company was absolutely great!!!! This review is coming a bit late but they did an amazing job and deserve an incredible review. We cannot say enough good things about our movers. Our house is on a ridge line and there are about 50 steep steps up to the house. They didn't even flinch when they pulled up and saw all the stairs. They immediately got to work, powered through the stairs and had everything moved out remarkably quickly. Everything was packed and moved with great care. Thank you Vega Line. We had a great experience.

I wish i could go back and never move my furniture with these guys. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them. Unprofessional is a small word to use for them. The positive reviews are absolutely fake as i’ve been tricked with it too. So unfair. I need to mention i have moved 3 times in the last two years and had good experiences with other moving companies. First they are really rude on the phone as they dropp your call and not answer your call when they see your phone number. Second they missed my pick up time which caused a lot of trouble because of my work and moving arrangements. Third they gave me a wrong quote for the difference of 450$ if I didn’t pay attention i would pay much more. Fourth when I received my furniture there are multiple damages to them as there were no pads to protect them which they are supposed to do. When i call to follow up with damages, the drop the call. Talk about customer service. Again i wish i had never moved my furniture with these guys.

Every positive review on here is fake. Notice the language. Nearly every five star review includes the full name “Vega Line” or “Vega” as its obviously self referential and counter-promotional. Screenshots available. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. Avoid it like the plague. They jack rates on customers, try to impose random fees, have zero customer service, do not deliver on time, do not preserve items when they say they will, and are basically all around crooks, inflicting misery on everyone they do business with. Avoid.

Vega Line helped me with moving my shop. The movers were helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Had them move my stuff from Manitoba to BC Everything’s damaged missing my mattresses how I’m not sure. I would of moved everything on my own if I knew it was gonna be this much Of a pain!
