4.5. Ok fleet. Best to make a reservation. But friendly staff and consistent customer service. Smaller location but always willing to help. Have been coming to this location for years (usually our choice before the Marine location). Rented a truck today but the cable on one side was fitted on the wrong hook (required tools to undo) and therefore the door of the truck did not come down the whole way. As you can imagine, required us to life furniture higher into the truck.

These people are awesome! Even when things don't go as planned they are helpful and make it work out. We were waiting for a rental truck to carry Halloween decorations to a school, and it hadn't been returned yet. They found us another truck and kept us on schedule.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The day of moving we find out that we don’t have any truck to use even though we received confirmation email guaranteeing that the truck would be there and reserved the truck 3 weeks prior to moving. Do not use this company, they will make your moving day a complete nightmare and leave you high and dry with nothing to use to move!

I have 2 lockers here and had one 15 years ago! Secure and clean. Well worth the money. Great and helpful staff.
