I had a truly frustrating experience with their customer service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I asked for assistance, the response was slow and dismissive, as if they couldn't care less. It was almost like they were doing me a favor by talking to me at all. Overall, a disappointing and lackluster experience that left me questioning whether they care about their customers at all.

Worst customer service. First of, this company warehouse are accepting stock or materials to any different type of company that don't have their own warehouse.nI purchased 16 vinyl's plank carton directly to Europlex International Importing Ltd. in Langley. But we have to pick up at Pacific Coast Warehouse Ltd. which is not connected in Langley. Probably they just pay for keeping their supply.nWhen we got there, the forklift guy wants to load one whole pallet inside my van which I insisted not to. I requested to load one carton at a time. We found out several cartons were damage and He give me a hard time time to exchange it.nTo make the story short, the forklift guy was not happy because I did not agreed to load it by myself from the pallet. He did not exchange the rest and he was just went up to the warehouse and left us on the parking area. So I went up to see him and his workmate confronted them. They finally exchange it.nHave I agreed to load the whole pallet without knowing that there were damages, I would have end up going back and forth to the warehouse. I think they just don't care if there is any damage and they just pack it all in one pallet and wrap with plastic so you won't able to see it. Possible it's intentionally. Especially we are not directly customer to them.nI'm not recommending this type of service. Very bad work ethic and bad attitude worker. Find another store who have their own supply that keep in their store that has warehouse.nTo those company who do not have a warehouse, go somewhere else. Or you will lost customer.

This is the first time I have EVER left a negative review but feel it is needed in this case. I called in to dispatch and spoke to Craig over the phone. From the beginning of the call he had an attitude problem, and seemed frustrated. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect. He spoke in an extremely condescending manner which should never happen especially when you are in a customer service position.nnThis company should seriously look into this matter as this individual's job involves customer service/ dealing with the public and he obviously does not get it. I have taken my business elsewhere, where I received the proper respect that is to be expected.nnI should also note that I spoke with Steve a few days earlier and he was very informative and respectful and provided all the information I needed.

Large facility with plenty of space and docks for delivering or picking up. Staff is eager to help and the business is owned and operated by Gary who has been in the business most his life and cares about his customers and the employees who work for him . Many have been working there for quite some time so they also have a vested interest in providing the customers with quality service in a timely manner.
