This is the first time I have EVER left a negative review but feel it is needed in this case. I called in to dispatch and spoke to Craig over the phone. From the beginning of the call he had an attitude problem, and seemed frustrated. I have never been treated with this level of disrespect. He spoke in an extremely condescending manner which should never happen especially when you are in a customer service position. This company should seriously look into this matter as this individual's job involves customer service/ dealing with the public and he obviously does not get it. I have taken my business elsewhere, where I received the proper respect that is to be expected. I should also note that I spoke with Steve a few days earlier and he was very informative and respectful and provided all the information I needed.

Large facility with plenty of space and docks for delivering or picking up. Staff is eager to help and the business is owned and operated by Gary who has been in the business most his life and cares about his customers and the employees who work for him . Many have been working there for quite some time so they also have a vested interest in providing the customers with quality service in a timely manner.

Absolutely HORRIBLE company to do business with. They owe me over $17,000 for transportation costs and do everything possible to avoid calls and emails. This has been ongoing for over a year. They are thieves and crooks and love to give the story that their creditors cant pay them, so they cant pay anyone else. Funny how they keep their staff paid, trucks on the road, and still operate all their warehouses. This is a very shady company and I would look elsewhere before doing any business with them.

Steve Lalonde from PCW gave me such incredible service. He made my shipping logisitics a breeze. Hard to find people that really care about the customer to the level that this company does. Plus, their pricing is excellent. I'm a fan and a customer who will continue to come back to this company. I highly recommend them

Huge variety of products. Awesome customer service. Very quick service. Great location!!!

I was supposed to pick up a package from their warehouse and may have been a couple minutes late, no more than five. Instead of even attempting to help, the employee who talked to me just adamantly refused. My property is bought and paid for and they are refusing to give it to me.

Well I work there but I can tell you that you will get good service and deal with competent people

Always have great dealings with Amanda on the phone, she is so polite and courteous. She really knows her stuff.

Very slow when you pick up. Not very nice customer service either

Waiting time can be upto an hour
