This shop right here is an example of how online orders should be handled. Amazing prices, huge selection! I was and always am a little skeptical when choosing etransfer payment method. I voiced my concerns and was emailed back almost immediately, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED for the day!! That's some serious customer service! I've been to many other shops and when it comes to the price of e-juice, you would be hard pressed to do better than Vaporama. I've been coming to see Paul since he was operating out of his sunroom and it's been a joy to watch him develop his business. His business model is simple: Great selection with the best price.

Used to love going there but the new guy Rick or w.e his name is the older skinny guy with tats everywhere gave me douch bag vibes and terrible customer service. Walked in all I got is a "what" I asked if they had a certain product he did not even move said idk. When I found it myself after 5 minutes I asked what flavours he then said idk w.e is there. Idk what happened to the younger guy and the dad that runs it but I will never go back until they are there. Terrible customer service and Im a long time every other day customer
