Amherstburg Chevrolet Buick GMC

A couple stumbles while buying our new vehicles with the ordering process (finding the vehicles in *Ontario* with the specs we wanted, as apparently it's too difficult to import from other provinces); however, very nice staff that were very helpful and did not rush us into anything. They took the time to let us test drive multiple trucks and made sure we felt comfortable with what we were buying! The finance guy is awesome! Love GM and will keep coming back for a GM time and time again :)

Happy so far with my experience here!!! I've bought two cars here and serviced as well and they have taken good care of me!! I would recommend seeing Chris Gilliam for your new or used car purchase!!!!

Brought my van in to get some work done while I went away on vacation I got back on a Sunday went to my van to grab something and they left my door unlocked in the back of the building. I let the manager know about the unlocked door no big deal stuff happens but when I got my van back the problem wasn’t fixed they also disconnected my parking heater when I’m waiting at a truck stop I had no auxiliary heat why they did that I had no idea that was nothing that was supposed to be touched then they wanted me to pay them to fix the mistake that they made not only that they busted my fuse panel box under the hood of my van I will never ever go back there or refer anybody to go there general manager was a total jerk about it I had a very bad experience there I would not recommend anybody to buy anything or said anything in there to be fixed

I can't say enough good things about this place. Super friendly, very easy to work with. Definitely ask for Aaron Blackmere, excellent to work with and happy to go that extra mile. In terms of service, it's also top notch with great attention to detail.

Amazing dealership! Called in and spoke with Mike (the dealer principal). Told him my situation and requested a price on an in stock unit they had. Over the phone he took the time to look into my trade and gave me all of the details on the car I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived at the dealership that evening (although Mike was gone for the night) the guys there did everything to help me. They had the car ready for me to test drive and we did the initial paperwork in under 20min! It was already ready in the computer. We made a deal and I literally saved over 3,000 from any other dealership I tried. I'm sooo excited to pickup our new car in a couple of days. Mike and his team are true professionals and I would 100% recommend them to our friends and family. Thank you!
