I bought the wrong bulb for my car headlight, twice. The young man whom I sought help from got me the correct one right away, he is very knowledgeable. The lady at the front desk was very patient and helpful. She processed the exchange both times with a smile on her face. A very pleasant experience at this location of Canadian Tire.

Before I bring my car to the shop I still drive my car just fine and after My car was repaired and the clunking noise is even louder like something is going to fall off of the car! Feel very unsafe to drive,I go back immediately to ask the person only just to get the answer that he can not do anything about it now and today, I had to make another appointment for another day to resolve with additional diagnostic fees.This is very inconvenient.

Rude staff, bad lighting, not enough selection and overall just a bad Canadian Tire. Compared to the huge, beautiful one on Walker Road, this one is terrible. I found the manager to be such a grump. He told me I can’t film in the store, meanwhile I do it all the time for my YouTube channel. It’s not like I was filming any people anyway, just the selection, which might I say was pretty awful. Also, an older female employee at the checkout was making weird faces at my autistic friend. So rude. The people at this place really need to lighten up and make their employees feel welcome. I for one will not be one of them anymore.

found that this stores slection of most products to be very limited and some products damaged and hardly no help from staff or management rather find products that I needkin the store on walker rd or essex

This place has a little of almost everything you need in your life - except clothes. Automotive, kitchenware, electrical, plumbing, summer fun, sports and much, much more. Prices are reasonable and quality is decent. Great place to spend time and money on a rainy day!
