Solid stay over the holidays. Was upgraded to a corner executive suite. Nice, clean, updated room with plenty of space to work and great views of downtown Richmond and the mountains. Excellent and responsive service from the staff through the app. Shuttle to and from the airport is super convenient. It runs on the top and bottom of every hour. Only downsides to the stay were that the M club still has not reopened and the restaurant was temporarily closed so breakfast was relocated to one of the conference rooms. Internet to the entire hotel was out for about 9 hours but restored by 730AM - I had walk across the parking lot to the Sheraton to use their sister property’s service for an early east coast meeting. Would still definitely recommend and return again.
Had a great stay in this nice hotel. The Marriott, Sheraton and Hilton shares the same ground and shuttle. My stay in the Marriott was really nice. The room is great, and the view is nice too. I like the fact that it is close to many restaurants and in walking distance too. I needed to go to airport really early and the shuttle strata at 4am. But I was told no problem the reception will book me one at 330am for my 6am flight. It turned out the nexr morning 330am shuttle was on time, no charge and full of passengers from all three hotels. I had dinner in the hotel. It was freshly prepared. The taste was wonderful. Service is very good as well. The restaurant on the ground floor has a great view of the city street and surroundings. M Club remain closed for the time being. I was told I could get complimentary soft drinks delivered if I want to. I did not try in the end.
Stayed for one night between flights with a 6 month old. Everyone we had contact with from the shuttle driver, hotel front desk, staff who dropped off a free crib, and restaurant staff especially shanzes and allison went above and beyond. The room was exceptional! The beds the beds are comfy and the location is excellent. The restaurant and lounge have superb food! Made us feel welcome! Will recommend to anyone!
Service is friendly. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The restaurant in the hotel 75 west has some amazing food and desserts with a good happy hour menu. Avis is super close and Starbucks right next doo is super convenient.
Wow! Great hotel experience - nice clean rooms. Newly renovated and very upscale feel. Very friendly staff. Restaurant downstairs has great food as well. Starbucks in the hotel across the parking lot and lots of parking in the parkade- will be staying here again for my next trip to Vancouver
I am a Marriott Bonvoy member. I recently went down for one night with a few friends and was excited to see an upgrade for a larger room. Great facility and great staff. A fantastic experience all around. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.Rooms: 5/5
Amazing service - I lost the room card and they fixed the problem with grace and courtesy. The inhouse restaurant chef and staff are are preparing quality dishes from whole ingredients. The hotel kept the pool and hot tub open when many other hotels would close them just to not have to keep them up during cold weather. Basically, the staff are going the extra mile.
I have Marriott Platinum status and this is the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed in, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel. The king-bed executive suite was missing basic amenities such as a microwave, utensils, and bottled water. Blankets and pillows were missing. Reception was rude when we asked for water and also did not allow us to eat in the lobby citing masking regulations, even though there were other people sitting at the bar unmasked. We were wearing masks when not eating. Can’t help but feel this was racially motivated. The last straw for me was a broken elevator and poor noise isolation from neighboring rooms. One positive is great location close to a ton of Asian food since it’s in Richmond, and free parking
I needed a shuttle from the airport and then the cruise terminal. But, I ended up taking taxis. They were fast, affordable, and very helpful. My bed was very comfortable and the restaurant served delicious food.
Close to what we needed it for which was visiting the night market and friends in the area. Room was dated and the mattress in 1411 is completely sunken in on one side. We let the front desk know so hopefully they replaced it. Staff was very helpful.Rooms: 3/5
