I'm still here actually, and I love it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a lovely complimentary breakfast, and all the coffee I can drink.

Cant beat the room quality and price. Rooms are really clean and cozy, free parking and breakfast. Just try to park your car a bit earlier because its hard to find space in the evening. I would give a shout to housekeeping for keeping high standarts! Coming from 4-5 star hotels, cant complain!

It was a pleasant stay last summer.  Appropriate Covid protocols were in place, it is well located in Richmond walking to everything you need including skytrain and comfortable/clean.

Convenient location, Friendly front desk, various breakfast options, hand sanitizers available on every floor.

Thank you for great service. Such kind staff . clean room and welll the best thing that happened to me this week.  Parking was tight and they did everything they could do to work with us.  Feeling blessed

Smaller hotel in heart of Richmond restaurant row. Friendly staff. Covid restrictions in effect. They no longer clean rooms daily. But can request fresh towels etc. Rooms fair sized but not overly large. Had 14 sets of electrical outlets in my room!! 28 total! About 20 available for use. I recommend
