Staff was excellent, really made my stay amazing. I was staying at the hotel recovering from surgery and they really went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and needs were met. I have to leave a HUGE shout out to Lisa at reception and the cleaning staff I sadly didn't catch their names.
Called the hotel for a simple question, if they offered Chinese channels for guest on their in room TV's and the young lady was laughing and snickering on the phone... I found that really rude.
Staff Are Very Nice And Friendly. They Are Very Helpful, And They Don't Judge.
Couldn't fault my stay here, good location, reasonable rates and very good staff, special mention for Lisa who was a pleasure to deal with! Keep up the good work folks
