This holiday season, I had help selecting a little potted Norway Spruce, including care to put it in my car. I spoke with one of the gardeners, Ryan, twice on the phone and he patiently told me how to care for the spruce until it can be planted in the Spring. I have come to expect great service from Van Atta's and they do not disappoint. Additionally, being a "Loyalty Member" has been a savings!

I almost to review how excellent my experience with Van Attas truly was! To make a very long story short, I work for a local company and we recently ordered 150 roses for an event we were holding for Valentines Day. After checking our budget, we were unfortunately unable to go with Van Attas beautiful flowers ... but I forgot to cancel my order with them!! When I informed them of my mistake (WAY too late), they handled it with such grace and understanding that I was FLOORED when an originally $600 bill was brought down to just $40! Amazing business response by Heather and Lisa - I am truly grateful for both of you ladies, and I will look forward to eventually working with you all for future flowers! I will recommend Van Attas to anyone in this area going forward. Thanks again, staff at Van Attas! I cannot begin to tell you how thankful I am for working with you all and turning such a scary thing into such a positive experience!
