HI Just horrible experience !!!!! Never again ! My VCA Socrate ring broke I sent it for repair and they charge me 2200 Euro for repair 4 years ago Now the VERY SAME ring they sent me - broke again without any accident - I was lucky, that I did not lost the flower diamond part !!!!and this is their estimate after 4 month of wait and requests to repair me repaired ring I paid 2200 Euro They want another 1831 Euro !! This is very very bad experience. Dear Madam, I hope that you are fine. I just received some news from the workshops about your ring. Unfortunately, the requested amount for the estimate is 1831€. Last time, we gave you a completely new ring. Please see the 3 pictures attached. That's why, today, and considering the current condition of your new ring, our workshops consider that this repair has to be charged. The repair that you paid last time was only concerning your previous ring. The ring that is today in our workshop is not the same that the one you gave us last time. Consequently, unfortunately, they confirm that it is not the same problem with this last ring and with the previous one.
Sorry about the late review. By far the best Customer service and pleasant buying experience. All staffs including Ralf are extremely professional, highly knowledgeable on all of their creations, and proud of their master pieces. Will continue shop here even after we have moved out of Germany.
I've visited Van Cleef and Arpels Munich store 4 years and ago. Still this day it was the best customer service I have received in my life! The gentleman that greeted us and walked us through the store was the best! We chatted on the history of the pieces that were on the displays and he gave us so much information about them! Thank you for the BEST experience.

Thank you for this appreciation <3 ORIGINAL: I wanted to have my jewelry cleaned in Munich as this is a service officially offered by VCA. I was told by a very unfriendly saleswoman that she could only clean the jewelery it was only about 2 parts after the shop closed and that I could only pick it up on Monday. However, since I am not from Munich, this was not an option. I don't have a VCA store near me and still nobody was able to meet me and help me. Too bad Original EDIT: Ich wurde von Van Cleef angerufen und mir wurde angeboten, dass ich meinem Schmuck zur Reinigung einschicken kann! Vielen Dank für diese Wertschätzung <3 ORIGINAL: Ich wollte meinen Schmuck in München reinigen lassen, da dies ein Service ist, den VCA offiziell anbietet. Mir wurde von einer sehr unfreundlichen Verkäuferin gesagt, dass sie den Schmuck es ging nur um 2 Teile erst nach Ladenschluss reinigen können und ich diesen dann erst am Montag abholen könnte. Da ich nicht aus München komme, war dies jedoch keine Option. Ich habe keinen VCA Store bei mir in der Nähe und trotzdem konnte mir niemand entgegenkommen und helfen . Sehr schade
