Just picked up these two beautiful Rolex from Ivan Mena. We wanted a Rolex each for my wife and myself to commemorate our 5 year wedding anniversary, and despite the challenges with supply, Ivan manage to get what we both wanted just in time! The whole process and experience with Ivan was excellent, he's very knowledgeable with the brand, and sets expectations appropriately. Thank you again Ivan for getting us these two memorable pieces. We or just I will definitely be back in the future to add to the collection!
A huge thank you to Eric for providing us with exceptional service and helping us to find a wedding watch. Eric assisted us with the purchase of my fiance's first Rolex watch at the Rolex Boutique GWC. I had a great experience at the Rolex Boutique GWC. Mitch was the one who assisted me and he was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the watch the I was interested in and took the time to carefully walk me through the specifics, as well as the Rolex heritage. We all know the high demand with Rolex and availability issues, but Mitch helped create a personal profile and together we shortlisted a few pieces that hopefully will make it into my collection. Highly recommend this store, and very pleased with the excellent service I received from Mitch!
Had a wonderful experience visiting the store. The store definitely stood out from the rolex ads I have visited elsewhere. Winne was very professional and courteous in treating both me and my friend. She took the time explaining different models and let us try on different ones. Winnie did an absolutely great job representing Rolex. If I ever need any more assistance with my Rolex, Winnie will definitely be my go to person.
Had an an absolute top notch, first class experience buying my first Rolex at downtown Vancouver. Go see Eric, he is friendly, knowledgeable and just demonstrates the class you’d expect from Rolex. Eric took the time to get to know me and personalize a Rolex that would match my interest and lifestyle. He also kept me up to date on my watch’s arrival. Well my gorgeous DJ41 arrived way before I expected and just before Christmas…guess it was meant to be. I want to share my great experience received from Tony at GWC Rolex boutique. I finally got my hands on my desired Yacht-Master Rolex after being on the waiting list for about two years, and if I was not lucky enough to have his assistance, I don't know how long I had to wait again to have it. Tony was more than happy to accommodate me after disconnecting with my previous sales associate and updating my wish list, and taking the time to explain everything about different options and try to match the best possible choice for me for future, that it was not easy at all. He was friendly and extremely helpful in making sure I was aware of my options by explain every feature of different models which I was interested in them and make a great recommendation for alternatives of each colour and size that would suit my style and need, based on my other watches while making me feel at home in the boutique. Again a special thanks to Tony for all his efforts and follow-ups.
We visited the boutique to look for a watch to celebrate a personal milestone and was greeted by Ivan. Ivan was friendly and walked us through the story of the brand and gave some insight into the current product availability situation. Although there was no stock, he was able to show us the exhibition model of the GMT Master II that I was interested in. He was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my many questions. After showing me the watch he had taken down my information for an order and even followed up after our visit! In all honesty I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never been in a Rolex Boutique before, but thank you Ivan for making it a great experience.
