Nejhorsi servis, par let zpet zakoupen retizek. 3x reklamovan, nez mi dali jiny kus. Nyni retizek zase rozbity, uz nechavam opravovat jinde. Tiffany je predrazena bizuterie a krom znacky nenabizi nic
Naprosto priserny servis. Kdyz jsem nesla sperk na kontrolu, cekala jsem cca 15 minut-zakaznik prede mnou si kupoval sperk za 13 tisic, vedle me vybiral pan s pani zasnubni prsten-odletat maji 19.10. Je normalni, ze nemel ani jeden z nich dostatek soukromi? Loveni udaju k memu sperku mezi mobilem a tabletem-to byla tragedie. Dnes jsem si byla sperk vyzvednout. Prisla jsem a ujala se me slecna, ze budu 10-15 minut cekat. Po 15 minutach prisla, ze dalsich 15-30 minut?! Vazne?! Po pul hodine me predbehl pan-ze pry to kolegyne spletla ‍ kdyz jsem rekla, ze tedy odchazim, najednou to slo?! Jako pardon, byla jsem v Tiffany v US, v Parizi, v Amsterdamu, ale s takovym chovanim jsem se setkala jen v Praze.
Velmi milá obsluha Viki a Kiki. Vyčistili mi zoxidovaný náhrdelník, který jsem zakoupila ve Vegas, zdarma tato služba platí ve všech pobočkách Tiffany’s, mohla jsem si prohlédnout a vyzkoušet diamantové prstýnky, které mě zajímaly, a Viki mi nabídla i kávu, zatímco jsem čekala na vyčištění náhrdelníku. Velmi spokojená a až bude vhodná příležitost, ráda si přijdu něco koupit! A kávu mají dobrou
Went in to purchase an item today, was ignored for a long while, then was told someone would be with me. Ended up leaving the store as no one came. Rude staff, horrible customer service from Tiffany. I expect better

Jsem velmi zklamaná servisem Tiffany. Mám více šperku této značky a nikdy jsem se s tímto nesetkala. Roztrhl se mi náramek, který byl v záruce. Na pobočce mi bylo řečeno, že náramek opravit mohou jen za doplatek ve výši 1 800 Kč. Což mi přijde nekompetentní vůči zákazníkům, obviňovat v tom, že jsem si ho sama roztrhala. Jednou se mi urvalo srdíčko u jiného šperků Tiffany a bez problému mi ho zdarma opravili. Cena, kvalitě neodpovídá.
