I've had my oil changed multiple times here now and they have always been very quick, professional, and help to educate me on the condition of my car and what is best. They have always been very friendly and thorough. This is my go to place now.

I called ahead to see if they could replace my old wipers with wipers that I bought from Walmart. The woman who answered the phone at the Hudson location said I could. However after waiting in line for an hour and a half I get inside and they said they can’t do it due to insurance reasons. When I mentioned that the lady on the phone said I could bring my Walmart wipers to be replaced. Then they tried saying that only corporate locations can’t do that and they’re a corporate location. They also tried to say that I called the main corporate office but the number I dialed was the number for the store. Bad customer service will never go there again. I would rather pay a high-paying mechanic to do my oil change.

A worker had two of his friends shouting profanity in the garage part of the shop, while doors were open. They must of had their first outing in awhile, because they thought they were pretty cool.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff...area clean considering it's auto service...always have what my vehicle needs in stock...plenty of open for service hours.
