ABRA Auto Body & Glass

Would not recommend. Not a professional business. Impossible to get ahold of. Horrible at contacting their customers, not upfront on how they run things.

Took almost 10 days after my appointment. They repaired hail damage and a broken window. When I went to pick it up the back seat was still covered in glass. Bed of the truck was still full of broken glass There was still tape residue (from cardboard taped over broken window) which they missed somehow even though they were supposed to check the entire truck for dents. I had to ask them to clean the glass and tape while I waited another 40 mins when that told me truck was ready. I'm still finding glass in the truck. Very odd experience.

Had a car accident 8 months ago. Left my truck there at Abra in Hudson for a week, was suppose to be fixed by the time I returned. Not done. Yesterday I dropped my truck off to have them finish and to get rid of the bubbles and a hair that was under the paint in the new door that they pour on. All they did in the 2 days they had my truck was put on the brackets that needed to be put on from last time, and vaccuumed it out. So now I have to take my truck back in for a 3 time for a repair that could have been done the first time. No wonder they offer a lifetime warantee seeing as they do things fast, and not perfect, just for the customer to have to bring their vehicle back in. I would NOT reccomend ABRA AUTO BODY to ANYONE!

Fast and excellent!!!! Did a wonderful job on the hail damage on my truck, was kept notified during the entire process. Highly recommend!!!
