Next Generation Auto

I would rate Next Generation Auto infinite stars if I was able to. These guys are EXCELLENT and I would HIGHLY recommend getting any repairs needed through NGA. I have visited numerous repair shops between MN and WI and they don't even come close to the quality service that Next Generation provides. Isaac is extremely knowledgeable in this field and will take care of you. From start to finish they treat you right, are honest, and do great work at a great price. There is absolutely no need to continue your search for another auto repair shop because they are exactly what any car owner wants; an automotive service shop you can TRUST!

I'd been looking for a local auto repair shop that I could trust to be honest and do good thorough work. I found Next Generation through a mailing I received. I took my car in for an oil change and inspection as I was going to sell the car. Next Generation did a great job!! They produce great documentation showing the results of everything they inspected along with recommendations on what needs to be addressed now vs. holding off and addressing later. My vehicle came back in great condition with all the items I requested completed. I've definitely found my new repair shop!!

The guys at Next Generation were great! Communication and customer service were top notch. I live in STP and had a vehicle stranded in Hudson, these guys took care of my problem in one day and got me back on the road.

My wife and I were heading out of town a couple of weeks ago when my truck broke down. I called Next Generation and they had a tow truck out immediately. They were extremely responsive and did whatever it took to make sure we could get on with our vacation. Their quality of work and commitment to customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend Next Generation Auto!

We have had work done in the Baldwin,Wi. and Hudson, Wi. locations. Gary and Isaac in Hudson have done a great job on inspecting and repairing both our Audi and our suburban. Good, honest and clean shop, they do what it takes to get the job done!
