I was in to day and got vap and then drove home and guess what did not work now I have to drive back tomorrow a 100 km back .maybe I did something wrong or maybe just a defect but the staff were great ya a little pricey to start up but what the hell .like I said the young lady there was amazing

They never push the next new thing they listen to your need and give the options best for it. Always great attitude this is what makes a small bussiness having this kind of staff it's a welcoming bussiness.

great store. super nice folks working there. great service and they are delivering direct to your door free of charge. friendly dude who owns it. cannot recommend enough. support local business, if you need liquid you can get it delivered same day, which is nice compared to waiting for a nulk purchase from online. just ring them up, they'll call you back as soon as they can very busy.

Selection is HUGE, staff was knowledgeable, and I even got a taste test of the product I was interested in. Great experience!

Went into store today and bought my first supplies. I didn't know much about vaping but heard it is great as a quit smoking aid. Matt was terrific! He explained the various products, pricing, frequency of use, potential initial side effects...I felt really good walking out of there and will be back. Great service!!

During this time of endurance, i had the personal experience even though it was on the phone to have the owner Kevin do everything he could to make sure i was looked after and get what i needed for supplies. I wasnt sure of the name or flavour i wanted but he took the time to list a numerous amount of flavours until i was able to choose one. Then made sure i received the package. And if i didnt he offered other arrangements. Very very good service. I have a lot of respect for this gentleman and his way of doing business. I highly reccomend this business if your looking for supplies thanks again

Amazing service ! Took time to go above and beyond to help me out super fast ! I am fairly new to vaping and had a new employee and the owner work together to understand what I wanted I tried to describe what I already had and broke and then even with only 10 mins till close went across town to find the rig I wanted and still got it to me on his own time. I really appreciated all the effort and patience I got. I get frustrated pretty easily and thought with this pandemic going on it would be a mission to get a replacement but everything went so smoothly despite my children and dogs acting like crazies behind me while trying to do everything over the phone. Hah. Great company. Will be calling and making another order ASAP.

Valley Vape is such a friendly and shop where the staff and wonderful owner have gone above and beyond to serve their customers. The staff take the time to educate and explain any questions we have in such a comprehensive way! There is plenty of comfortable space to sit down for a consult; which includes a fridge, and beverages like water and juice, among many other things! Plenty of free parking!!
