Pick-It-Fence

Does not answer emails. They emailed me to tell me they received my package back and they could resend at my expense, so I asked them for their email address to send the etransfer and waited a week and haven’t received a response. Kind of ridiculous.

Bought my mom a birthday present and was offered and gift receipt. The coat I bought my mom didn’t fit so she went to exchange it but was refused because it had been over 14 days. Never was a policy mentioned to me. So now I’m out nearly $200 for a jacket that is definitely over priced but my mother is out a birthday gift. I’ve been buying gifts for the women in my life here since it was in the east end mall and they’ve lost my business for life.

Nice employees and very aesthetically pleasing in the store. The only thing is the prices but it is a small business and some things are handcrafted so i completely get it.

It's a great boutique. I like the Canadian brand Gentle Fawn they carry. They also have sales often. I would say that I don't very like going into their boutique, I shop mostly online. It is very overwhelming the amount of items. It is very pretty on pictures but when you go into the store there is so much stuff everywhere. I find that it is too much and I feel like I can't see what they actually have. Also they're is a lot 'made in China' items. They have products that could be bought from Canadian providers. The customer service is great. I think they did a good job to accomodate the covid restrictions.

REALLY liked this store! I can't wait to have a place of mine own as I will definitely decorate it with stuff from here. Most of the products are not too pricey which is nice. This is a really great store to buy gifts for your girlfriend's, mom's, sisters, or mother-in-law.

Nice shop. I went in to pick up an OVA hoody for camping. I'm a guy that doesn't shop much and wears clothes till they're worn out. So the woman working was very helpful in getting me the size that fit me best. Will be back.

Clothing is not size inclusive. Many times the sizing only ranges from S-L, which is unfortunate because the dresses are beautiful.

So much stuff you can find for your home.

Great local small business to support. Emma is so knowledgeable and her staff are amazing also. Always something new to look at.
