Valley Appliance

Purchased a stand up washer and dryer on October 28th 2017. It was second hand. He said “it works amazingly”. On December 8th I contacted him with it leaking. It has a two month warranty, he said “oh it’s a simple fix” bring it in. I said I would need him to come and see it as it is to big to be moved again, took me 2 guys and 100$ to be moved! This is after he said he would deliver it and set it up, one of his many lies. He just informed me that “it’s a simple fix, f**kin fix it yourself” and hung up! This is the worst service I have ever seen. Took him a week to get back to me. He sells lemons and completely lies so STAY AWAY!!!

Valley appliance has been super helpful and generous in helping us repair our old appliances our ourselves. Very friendly and patient on the phone, they sold us parts and have gone above and beyond to save us money by providing advice on doing our own minor repairs- twice now! They also have a great selection of used appliances and replacement parts like oven racks & handles, and do recycling- such a great resource and great customer service. I look forward to something actually breaking seriously so we can give them more business! 5/5, definitely recommend them, will visit again!
