I used to love going there for all my computer needs until Darren decided to rip us off. We dropped off 5 laptops that all had minor issues with them. We asked if he could get one of them working ( preferably the newest Dell ) We ended getting the laptops back with missing parts. The Dell was stripped of all its components, hard drive, cd drive, ram etc. It was literally in pieces when we picked it up, this was a brand new laptop. When we questioned him about it he told us it was junk? We were baffled as to why our laptop had been stripped of all its parts when we clearly we did not ask him to do so. When we inquired about being compensated for this issue he demanded us to get out of his store. We were not going anywhere until he gave us back the original parts to our laptop. He eventually calmed down and we left the laptop there to be restored back to its original condition. When we went to go and pick up the laptop parts he used were clearly not the original parts to the laptop and the keyboard plate was not put back together properly, it all bubbled out and raised up. Also another incident involved another older laptop of mine which I had brought to Darren a few years ago to get the back lighting fixed. He told me it was junk and could not be fixed, so I bought a new laptop off him days later. I kept that old laptop around and eventually took it back in to see if he could fix it at the same time of this recent incident. I told him its the back lighting that needed to be fixed, he then said that it can easily be fixed? ( yet 3 years prior he said it couldnt be fixed?) After a $60 bill he said he fixed it? All he did was plug it in and the screen was working fine. It was one day later the laptop back lighting started to fizzle out again. I paid him $60 to plug in my laptop and the issue never got fixed. So he stripped the one laptop of all its parts and gave it back to us with not the original parts and charged us $60 to do absolutely nothing to the other laptop. In the past 6 years I have bought two computers from tweakers costing over $3000 and have directed everyone I know there to Darrens shop. There is also one more incident! I dropped off a virtual reality set to sell on the shelves in his store, he was nice enough then to let me do this. After a year it didnt sell so I decided to go and pick it up and sell it privately. Same story happened, it was missing 3 components??? He never did find the original pieces and ended up giving me replacement pieces, which was nice but it still didn't compensate for it. This is a shady computer shop with a owner that lies and takes your money and steals your computer parts, meanwhile telling his customers that they are junk. I do not recommend going here for any of your computer needs. You can help by spreading the word that Darren clearly does not care about his customers.

Great shop. They know there product well. Very knowledgeable. Darren has always found a solution for me.
