Matt Behren has been handling all my IT needs since I launched my business with a shoestring budget and used computers in January 2009. Because I have a home office, he’s had to go “outside the box” and create customized IT solutions that take into account not only the business but also the personal use of my computers. Matt has suggested useful software for my business, linked my cell phone with my office computers, handled security issues and has quickly responded either remotely or in person whenever I’ve had difficulties or questions. Most recently, he upgraded my system with a mirrored file server with offsite backup so that I can access my files from anywhere I happen to be. The transition was simple and flawless, and I was up and running in no time. If there’s ever a problem, Matt and Kevin are just a text, email or phone call away. Now NO ONE but PrimeTek is allowed to make any changes to my computers. I confidently have, and will continue to, refer them to both clients and friends.
