Pretty annoyed with this practice currently. I am someone who doesn't ever go to the doctor's office. If I'm sick i try to remedy the issue at home before stepping foot in a doctor's office. With that being said, I'm an established patient with this office, I called on a Friday morning and was told they have no available sick visits. Ok fine, a nurse will call me and triage the issue. She called and told me based on my symptoms i should definitely go go an Urgi care office. My copay is outrageous to go to an Urgi care office, so no i'm not about to spend my money to go there. I call Monday Morning, same thing, no available sick visit slots till Thursday! Are you kidding me? You are a doctor's office. How do you not have ANY openings for a 15 minute sick visit appt? I hope this massive sinus infection i have doesn't turn into bronchitis or a chest infection. Needless to say i went to another Family practice who makes time for their patients and will be leaving Colchester Family Practice..

I Rarely ever have to go to the doctors but every time I need to I could be the first person to call in the morning and they never have any appointments. If it was something that could wait 3 or 4 days fine but most times it's something that needs so be seen ASAP. All I ever get is go to whe walk in. So if I'am always going to the walk-In to get fixed trying to figure out why the hell I need a primary doctor for.
