UTO vacation

My Husband and I went on a 15 Day China Yangtze tour. We were absolutely blown away with the experience. First and foremost our Tour guide were absolutely exceptional and made sure that everything was comfortable organized and fun. The accommodation, meals and tour location were fantastic. We could not believe how much was included in the tour. The value for money was unbelievable for this day and age. We are so sad its over but so glad to have made friends with the abovementioned and really hope to see them again on tour. Well done to the team for making peoples dreams come true.

Just got back from Japan. The trip was wonderful. Tour guide is fluent in English and she is exceptional. I will go back for my next vacation. Great work!

We had a family vacation with them as our travel agency. Their receptions are very attentive and polite. But they really need to work on their English. As for accommodation, tour location and tour guide they deserve a 4 of 5. The fifth star rating I am giving it to Cassie the lady that assisted me at the office.

The trip was great! The tour guide and coach driver were excellent. My very first experience of China with uto vacation. I am a budget traveler but was able to visit many beautiful places comfortably and hassle free because of them.

Guides There were all excellent. We spent most of the time with two – June in Beijing and David at the second half of the trip. They were both excellent. They were great with the group and very informative. Would recommend them both. Hotels All of them were great. They were very neat and clean and comfortable and in a couple of cases very luxurious which is nice after a very long day on the road. The cabin on the cruise was also excellent. Not a single complaint at any location. Food The food at all locations was very good. I will say that after about a week it got repetitive and was largely the same types of foods for lunch and dinner. I did enjoy it but some variety might be nice. Driver We had excellent drivers – I must say that any driver in that country deserves a medal because traffic is crazy and very difficult on a good day. It was nice that we did not have to worry about our transportation. Tours All of the sightseeing and tours that were included were all excellent. There was not one that I would have liked to have skipped or missed.
