Hola Sun Holidays Ltd

Went with them twice back in December '15 and January '16. Staff were polite and helpful. Unlike other airlines, they give you a meal as part of the deal. Cubana is as good or better than any budget airline. Took a tour of Havana and the guide was good., although they were a little bored of doing the same tour over and over. Experienced no delays & no real problems.

A lot of the complaints here have to do with the hotel service and quality which Hola Sun has nothing to do with and others have to due with flight delays...which happen with every airline. This is like blaming Chevrolet for a bad experience once you got to where you drove. We had no concerns or issues with the flights, transfers or hotel rep...which is what Hola Sun is responsible for.

I went on Vacation and stayed at the Bellevue Puntarina Beach fun 4 life my stay was horrible!!!!!!! I got very sick on the 3rd day after eating the food at the buffet I couldn't even leave the room I needed to be by the washroom there was no English speaking people at the hotel it was all Russian speaking visitors me and my 2 other friends were the only Canadians my experience in cuba was horrible I did get to enjoy because I was sick the whole time my friends and I didn't eat much all week the food was undercooked or the outside animals were picking at it. I thought cuba would of been a nice vacation the beach was very dirty and there was human feces in the sand so nasty my bathroom counter was gona fall off and there was xlarge cockroaches in the room and hallways this hotel is definitely not and 3 1/2 as rated in the add and many of the other visitors were sick as well very disappointing

I travelled to Cuba in 2004 and used Hola Sun for an all inclusive 7 day vacation. There were no issues or problems with either the flight or the hotel. Not sure where all these negative revues are coming from.

Flight delayed more then a week ahead of flight, no explanation and/or compensation. No calls or emails ever returned, the first and the last time using this travel agency as well as their airline cubana which is just as terrible
