This is the worst travel agency ever. During the whole tour they harassed my mother and kept asking her for money. When she refused they did not let her into her hotel room until she gave them more money. They threatened her and yelled at her for the full 2 weeks she went on a tour with this agency. The manager also refuses to speak on the phone. Now they are refusing to give us back our DEPOSIT. Not the refund. The deposit which states that it will be returned if she went on the trip WHICH SHE DID. Please do yourselves a favor and never ever go near this travel agency. And please do not subject any friends and family to this travel agency as well.
