I have used Mandarin Holidays exclusively for all my travel to Asia for the past 18 years. Over 20 trips to Taiwan alone. I have also purchased tickets and insurance for family member visiting from Taiwan. Tiffany has always been most helpful and gone the extra mile for us. Not to mention the awesome pricing. All in all the value is high. Thanks Mandarin Holidays for years of great travel experiences.

Terrible service and no responsibility was taken. I was planning to go on a trip to Indonesia and upon arriving to the airport, we discovered that our ticket wasn't even issued. We were stuck at the airport for over 5 hours distraught and disappointed trying to find many alternatives to travel that day. Aside from that our agent took no responsibility and did not even pick up the phone after calling over 20 times. The company was not even there to help us through the awful experience. I will never be using this agency to plan my trips again.
