I had a pedicure with Bailey. I would recommend not doing that. If you're going to go there. Book with the guy. He massaged the girl next to me for like half an hour. She had a hot stone massage but it's the same price as a class pedicure so I expected it to be just as good for classic. Bailey was nice but nails are uneven. Like diagonal pretty much. Polish job was okay, but she put my feet in water for 15 minutes at the start and went to hangout with her friend at the front. Then came gave the OK pedicure, massaged my feet for not even 5 minutes, wrapped them in a wet towel and left me for 10 minutes?? Like what? My feet felt gross. Then she took them off and said my feet would be slippery. Like of course they are. They've been soaking in wet towel. While they were in the wet towels I saw her again walk past the pedicure section to go to the front and hangout with her friend at reception. Anyways. She took off the wet towels. Didn't dry my feet on and told me to go. The pedicure was done in 55 minutes. How's from my online booking it says I paid for an hour and 15 minute massage. Will not be back and will be writing a Google review. Also I slid my way out of the mallService: Pedicure
i got my hair done here today, and i must say i’m not happy. the cut was fine even though she did it way shorter then i asked… then she moved on to the curtain bangs. OH. MY. GOD. they are way too short, choppy, and are even more uneven then the first time i got them done months ago. i paid, then as soon as i walked out i started crying my eyes out in the middle of the mall. i am currently wearing a hat because of how bad it is. if i could give it a worse review then one star i would. do NOT go here for a women's haircut unless you want your hair destroyed. i get she tried but i have to go to school like this in a week and now i have to find some way to fix it without shaving my head. i wouldn’t recommend, nor will i ever be back.Service: Hairstyling

Easy to book an appointment and my cosmetologist was fantastic
The staff is friendly and polite. The pedicure looks lovely but the massage is not pleasant. Quick and hard making it unpleasant. If you're expecting a spa experience, you won't get it here.
I was HIGHLY disappointed to learn that breastfeeding isn’t welcome here , had I known I wouldn’t have booked. Had to leave halfway through my service so I could tend to my child , won’t be back.Service: Pedicure
Got gel nails done, the length of each were even and the shape was perfect for each nail, but the overall end-product was terrible. I got French tips done, the clear tips were glued on and you can see the tip glued on at the bare part of the nail, there was white smudged nail polish on my skin on 7 of my fingers, the nails weren’t completely painted white on the sides and very tip, the nails had snags/sharp edges so it wasn’t smooth and my hair would get caught on the pieces that should’ve been filed down, they didn’t push down my cuticles or anything in that manner so if I push them down myself there will be a noticeable gap between the polish and my skin. Person was nice, everything was clean and professional but the polish threw me off. Now I gotta pay someone else to fix them.
This place gives me a throbbing headache everytime that I walk by, wish it wasn't so close to the bus stop doors, very similar to sears perfume section years ago.
One of the worse haircuts I’ve ever had. Just a simple men’s short cut. Less than ten minutes. $29.00 including tip for a uneven and a loonie size patch longer than the rest of the tapered area! I didn’t know until I got home and my wife seen the back of my head.
Wonderful experience. Made sure to double check with me if I was happy with everything, fair prices, and had a fun chat during the whole thing.
