I was going to this place for about a year. My original hairstylist left and I tried a new stylist. I made an appointment before Christmas - with open availability, not being “squeezed” in - I arrived for my appointment on time. I saw someone sitting in her chair and the stylist said she’d only be a few minutes. After waiting 20 min, I looked over and realized she had JUST started a client’s foils when I walked in! I went up to her and said I would have to reschedule as I only had an hour to get my hair cut as I had to get someone to watch my little ones at home. All she said was “okay”. The owner was right there also and didn’t even care. No follow up from anyone. Definitely will not be returning here. They clearly don’t care about the “little guy” just getting a simple hair cut. Save your money and go to the many other salons in town that will actually care about you.Service: Hairstyling

What a wonderful salon. Melissa took my last minute appointment, did a great job on high and lowlights which I love. I'm only sorry I don't live in Saint John to make her my regular stylist. Highly recomend this place and will be back one day.

Had a very very hard time to get a hold of them...when I did get an appt.with Dana ...my hair was long ,I wanted to go very short ,I had a pic with me of the style I wanted ,she said she could do it like that ..it was nothing like the style that I showed her ....very very disappointed . Went back to see if she could try to fix it ...she used the razor on my hair when it was dry ...it hurt .and it was worse then what she had done the first time..in reading these three year old comments about what a wonderful place this was I was very disappointed,why are the comments so old on here. Maybe need some up dates..if I knew how .I would put a pic of what my hair was suppose to look like ,and what it really looks like .

First time going there had Dana do my hair she was great! Very friendly with great prices. She did such a good job I rebooked for 8 weeks!

Been going here since March and I love, love, LOVE it! Usually go to Nikki, who is amazing!! But I went to Kevin last night and he was amazing as well! Great staff, really make you feel comfortable with the conversation, I did not feel awkward at all. Great service and prices. If this salon isn't your go to, it should be!

Mona is such a professional. She gave the best dry cut for my curly hair that I have ever had! She also accommodated me to make sure I'm comfortable as a woman with hijab. I'm so glad I found my hair dresser in Saint John
