Have been here before and was excellent. Not this time. Ended up having to shave after. Wax as some was missed. So disappointed

Everything is way too expensive(if you want dermologica products just go to the website), the girl I had for all of my services was unprofessional talking about drugs she enjoys doing and the next rave she really wants to go to, she tried to up sell me on everything just so I would spend more money...maybe she works on commission..I don't know but it was super irritating. Even if you have a service booked for weeks; you could get a call THE DAY OF your appointment that it needs to be re-scheduled! Once I am done with my gift card, I am never stepping foot back in this place and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Horrible!!!!!!!. They keep cancelling my appointments last minute, this time when they called they just left me a message, but never actually spoke with me. They never ask to re book me just tell me that they need to cancel. They never called me back to confirm I even got the message. This is the worst service I have ever received. The company has zero respect for their customers. Don't go here.

Prices are way too steep, rude girls work here etc etc. My girl friends and I wont be going here again...Ever! Do not recommend this place to anyone.

They cheat on their gift cards, please check the prices and adverisement before you buy their special deals..especially the ones they sell during Christmas. Wish i could give NEGATIVE stars. Complete rip-off
